Lunar Phase Residence – Las Vegas, NV

Our first Las Vegas-based project—our own residence—was designed as a proof of concept for what modern desert living should feel like.

The home was reimagined to emphasize:

Modern Loft Transformation – Chicago, IL

Originally a dated and compartmentalized space, this project was transformed into a clean, open-concept loft with a focus on natural light, exposed elements, and modern finishes.

The design emphasized simplicity, structure, and flow—creating a space that felt both functional and elevated.

Full Interior Renovation – Chicago, IL

This project involved a complete rework of layout, finishes, and functionality.

Walls were removed to create openness, materials were upgraded throughout, and the home was redesigned to align with modern living expectations.

The result was a property that not only lived better—but positioned significantly stronger in the market.

Kitchen & Living Reconfiguration – Chicago, IL

A closed-off, inefficient layout was transformed into a cohesive, open-concept living environment.

The kitchen became a focal point—featuring clean lines, modern finishes, and a layout designed for both everyday use and entertaining.
