DONTBECHI Designs was founded by Jayson Pocius, a real estate design professional whose journey combines business expertise, real estate acumen, and a passion for transformative design. Jayson's entrepreneurial spirit and eye for potential have guided his career from corporate real estate to design innovation in Las Vegas. 

Jayson built a strong foundation through his educational pursuits:

• Bachelor's in Business Administration from Roosevelt University (2008-2011)
• MBA from Loyola University Chicago (2013-2015)

This academic background complements his hands-on experience in the real estate industry, where he previously held a key position in Land Acquisition at KB Home. There, he honed his skills in analyzing, acquiring, and underwriting future residential real estate developments.

Now firmly established in Las Vegas, Jayson brings his wealth of knowledge to DONTBECHI Designs, where he helps clients transform their properties through innovative design concepts that enhance both form and function.
